At Diamine Inks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the ink bottles in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed and cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center address.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
